Lunova Warranty Statement
Lunova products sold in Australia are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other applicable Australian laws. These guarantees provide you with rights concerning the quality and suitability of our products.
Under the ACL, certain guarantees cannot be excluded. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For other failures that result in measurable loss or damage, you may be eligible for repair or replacement. The definition of a major failure is outlined within the Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty does not alter or limit the rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act or any other relevant Australian laws.
Warranty Coverage
Lunova products are warranted in Australia for the period specified by the manufacturer from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only if the product is stored, installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in its manual.
Products that have been altered or used in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions are not covered by this warranty.
For warranty claims, proof of purchase must be provided. We recommend attaching your proof of purchase to the product manual for easy reference.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
The cost of removal or reinstallation of the product or any defective component.
Any expenses incurred in making a warranty claim. Products must be returned, along with proof of purchase and relevant documentation, to Lunova at the provided address within the warranty period.
Consumable items such as lamps, batteries, or similar components.
Loss or damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear.
Misuse, improper installation, or failure to maintain the product.
Electrical issues such as power surges, incorrect voltage, or unauthorized modifications.
External conditions including acts of nature, heat exposure, corrosion, pests, or vermin infestation.
Repairs conducted by unauthorized service providers or the use of non-genuine parts.
Lunova's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty product, as determined by Lunova.
This warranty does not cover any additional warranties or conditions not explicitly guaranteed under the ACL or other applicable laws.
